This project in 2008 involved working with over 60 teachers who had been identified by their Local Authorities as having the potential for Headship. The project took place in Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Coventry, and Solihull and involved a mixture of personal coaching and mentoring, leadership challenges and workshop sessions. Personalised Insights Discovery profiles were used to identify leadership preferences and future challenges
The project, running from 2007 - 2009 involved working with a number of key locality based workers including Extended school coordinators, and Youth workers. This took place in Plymouth, and across Somerset, with a focus of enhancing an understanding of the training needs of the Voluntary and Community Sector.

This area of work is ongoing and has been in place since 2005 and involves individual consultancy in schools. The school defines their area of challenge through discussion with a consultant. Over 2 days, focussed, facilitative, interviews follow with Senior and Middle leaders to agree an action plan to tackle their challenge area. Schools enjoy the supportive yet challenging approach used
An ongoing project to promote support for businesses to engage with skills brokers and advisers. We have organised and delivered 3 sets of Leadership focussed workshops across the South-West region. Areas covered have included; 'Leadership styles and EQ'; 'Personal and Team Development through The ColourWorks'; and ' 'Business success through better Employee and Client engagement'.

A project in 2010-11 co-designed with the local authority to build capacity in Childrens Social Care. Workshop sessions were combined with personal coaching interventions to support managers in their own development through a mix of challenge and support. The GROW model of coaching was used alongside the use of the Insights discovery profiles. 360 feedback was used to confirm or adjust individual managers perceptions of their strengths and weaknesses.
This work took place in 2009-2010 and supported the LA and schools in identifying developing best practice. Pupil perfpormance Data from the LA and schools was analysed alongside Interviews and questionnaires were with children, teachers and parents across the age groups. The report made recommendations to all parties regarding how the project should be taken forward. It identified which conditions were likely to enable the greatest progress for pupils.
Through our links with a number of Universities in the South West, and Wales, we are often able to link leadership development acftivities to opportunities for accreditation at Masters level.
These can range from very specific short 10 credit units to a full Certificate or Diploma at 60 or 120 credits. These opportunities can be designed into any bespoke set of activities, or in some cases be offered retrospectively as a post-course reflective activity
