TEAM BUILDING

Teams contain different people - obvious is it not? We take an approach to team development that recognises the unique contribution each member makes to the success of the whole team.

The use of the Insights Discovery Profiles are a key part of our way of working. This online, Jungian, psychometric tool encourages individuals to understand the impact their preferred behaviours have on other team members and encourages them to adapt accordingly.

Other team development models and inventories, including 360 degree processes are also adopted if felt necessary. Activities with teams range from single interventions, to a range of activities over time, dependent on need. These can include developing, shared vision and values, common working protocols, and other areas.

We can work with well developed teams, new teams, or multi-disciplinary teams to enhance their performance, and increase their effectiveness. The work of Belbin, Tuckman, Lencioni, and Goleman amonst others, also help to guide our thinking.
